Julia Kate Snow is a Texas-born singer/songwriter whose sound is a soul-stirring blend of Americana, country, blues, and rock. Julia began her musical journey at just four years old with classical piano, eventually picking up guitar from her father at twelve. After stepping away to complete her degree at the University of Texas, she moved to Nashville in 2016 to pursue a career in songwriting.
With influences ranging from Sean McConnell and Lori McKenna to Janis Joplin and Grace Potter, Julia Kate crafts songs that are both deeply personal and universally resonant. Her lyrics are rich with imagery, telling stories of growth, transformation, and life’s raw in-between moments—set to haunting melodies that linger long after the last note.
After a decade of writing, performing in bars across Texas and Nashville, and the transformative journey of motherhood, Julia Kate is stepping into her own as a solo artist.
